Sales Agent / Call Center Sales Representative – Student Enrollment

We are hiring a Sales Agent / Call Center Sales Representative with BPO or call center experience to manage student inquiries and convert leads into enrolled students. This role requires strong tele-sales, customer handling, and enrollment coordination skills. You will be the first point of contact for potential students, providing course information, assisting with online registration, and ensuring payment verification.

This is an on-site, full-time sales position in Rawalpindi for individuals who thrive in target-driven, fast-paced sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
• Convert leads into active enrollments through persuasive communication
• Guide students through the online registration portal and resolve technical issues
• Collect and verify Proof of Payment (PoP) to complete onboarding
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with Sales Team and Cluster Managers to ensure student success
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
• 1–2 years in
• Call Center Sales, BPO, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Inside Sales
• Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Completed or Ongoing)

• Languages:

Fluent in English and Urdu (required)
