Sales Agent Cold Calling (Night Shift)

We specialize in medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and healthcare IT services that help clients improve operational efficiency and revenue outcomes.

We are looking for a Sales Agent (Cold Calling) who is skilled in lead extraction, data scraping, and direct client outreach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Tech or Healthcare / Medical Billing and a strong command of English for international communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and extract qualified leads from reliable data sources, directories, and online databases.
• Perform cold calling to potential clients in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and the U.K. markets.
• Present E-Med Services’ offerings and generate interest in our IT and Billing solutions.
• Utilize data scraping and lead generation tools to identify new prospects and maintain lead lists.
• Record all communications, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems accurately.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to schedule follow-ups and client meetings.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation, preferably within Tech or Healthcare / Medical Billing Services.
• Proficient in data scraping platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills — proficiency is a must for international calling.
• Ability to confidently engage clients from U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and able to work independently during night shift hours (U.S. EST).
