Sales Agent – Courier & Logistics

About Us

Run Courier is a fast-growing logistics and courier company, providing reliable delivery solutions for e-commerce businesses and individuals. We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Agent who can drive business growth by onboarding new clients, building relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential e-commerce businesses, retailers, and SMEs to offer courier solutions.
• Generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Present Run Courier’s services, pricing, and advantages to potential clients.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in courier/logistics or e-commerce sector).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
