ACMA (Associate Cost & Management Accountant)

Gujranwala, Pakistan

The Associate Cost & Management Accountant (ACMA) will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing cost reports, and assisting management in making informed financial decisions. The role involves developing and maintaining cost accounting systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and report cost and financial data for management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain standard costing systems and monitor variances.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects, products, and business initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Evaluate production costs, inventory valuation, and overhead allocation.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments for cost control.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ICMA Pakistan regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Recommend cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • ACMA (Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in cost and management accounting (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
