- Promote HiWash membership services directly to tenants in parking areas and basements.
- Support the activation of new locations and sustain performance at existing locations.
- Drive membership growth and meet assigned weekly sales targets.
- Monitor on-site service quality, including worker uniforms and tools, in line with HiWash standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Report all customer concerns and operational issues to the direct supervisor.
- Submit weekly reports covering service gaps, complaints, and operational observations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent HiWash positively at all times.
Performance & Incentives
Sales Agents are eligible for performance-based incentives linked to:
- Successful activation of new locations achieving defined capture rate targets.
- Achievement of assigned weekly membership growth targets.
Eligibility is subject to management approval and company policy.

- Previous sales or field marketing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor and parking environments.
