Position Title: Sales Agent
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Location: Rawalpindi (Required)
Reporting To: Team Lead
Pay: 50,000.00 PKR – 80,000.00 PKR per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent for our Freight Forwarding & Logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, handling logistics inquiries, and achieving sales targets through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Handle client inquiries and provide competitive quotations based on shipment requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Follow up with customers regarding shipment updates and service feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience (Required)
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry will be preferred
• Strong English communication skills (Required)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Target-oriented with strong sales closing abilities
• Good understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight services
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
