About The Role
Weโre growing our sales team and looking for
motivated Sales Agents
who are ready to hunt, connect, and close.
Your role is simple:
find the right clients, build trust, and bring them in.
Youโll be working with clear targets, structured pricing, and direct coaching from the Sales Manager to help you close deals.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold outreach, social media, and networking

Run discovery calls to understand client needs and budgets

Prepare and send tailored proposals

Follow up consistently to close deals

Track all leads and activities on CRM / Trello

Coordinate with internal teams after closing deals
What Weโre Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection

Organized and disciplined with follow-ups

Coachable and eager to learn

Interested in marketing and business growth
Requirements
-
1โ2 years of experience in sales or business development
-
Experience working with targets is a plus

Fluent in Arabic & English

Familiarity with CRM tools (Trello or similar)

Understanding of the Egyptian market is a plus
