Sales Agent - Pharmaceuticals Distribution

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Pharmacy Sales Agent to grow distribution and sales of Baby & Mom healthcare and wellness products across pharmacies. The role focuses on promoting maternity, infant nutrition accessories, baby care, breastfeeding solutions, and mother-care products while ensuring excellent visibility, availability, and brand representation in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned pharmacies regularly to promote Baby & Mom product ranges including feeding accessories, maternity care, baby hygiene, and postpartum solutions.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and purchasing teams.
• Secure new listings and expand shelf presence for core and newly launched SKUs.
• Execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and product education sessions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages of fast-moving items.
• Negotiate secondary placements, displays, and seasonal visibility.
• Track competitor brands and pricing within the Baby & Mom category.
• Collect market feedback from pharmacists and parents and share insights with management.
• Prepare visit reports, sales pipelines, and monthly forecasts.
• Support trade marketing campaigns and POS execution.
• Ensure all promotions and product communication comply with healthcare and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmacy sales, ideally within Baby, mothercare, or healthcare categories.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in maternity and infant care segments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong territory management abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel for reporting.
• Valid driving license (where required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Pharmaceutical Distribution: 4 years (Preferred)
