Sales Agent – Saudi Dialect Speaker (Remote | Egypt-Based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent based in Egypt, with native-level fluency in the Saudi dialect, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has solid retail sales experience and a strong background in HR services or BPO industry.

This role is exclusively only for native-level Saudi dialect speakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with Saudi clients.
• Present and promote services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in HR services or BPO industry is preferred.
• Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.
• MUST have native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
