Job Title: Sales Agent (Telecom Campaign)
Location: On-site, Johar Town
Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (US Timezone)
Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our Telecom campaign team, responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in self-closing deals—handling new customer connections, resolving billing inquiries, and addressing support requests.

You will receive inbound calls and outbound transfers from fronters, and are expected to convert these opportunities into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and close deals independently.
• Manage outbound sales transfers from fronters and convert them into new customers.
• Assist with new telecom connections, billing inquiries, and support requests.
• Identify customer needs, explain offerings, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build strong rapport with customers to increase conversion and retention.
• Accurately record call details, sales, and customer information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in telecom or call center sales (US campaign experience preferred).
• Strong ability to self-close sales with minimal supervision.
• Excellent spoken English and persuasive communication skills.
• Confident in handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with telecom products, services, and billing processes is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
