Job Overview

Rankistan is looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Agent / Chat Support Executive to handle incoming leads, engage website and social media visitors, and convert chats into qualified sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands digital services, and knows how to close deals through chat and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to website live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other chat inquiries promptly
• Engage potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch Rankistan’s services
• Convert inbound leads into sales or booked consultations
• Follow up with warm leads and inactive prospects
• Maintain proper chat records and lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth onboarding
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/chat conversion targets
• Handle basic client queries related to digital marketing services

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Experience in chat support, sales, or customer service (preferred)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Familiarity with CRM tools or chat software is a plus

Experience

• Must have US Accent
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or chat support is a plus
