About the Role: Are you a people person who loves a challenge and wants to actually earn what you're worth? We're hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing insurance call center team. No cold-calling strangers from scratch — you'll have leads provided and a proven script to work from.

What You'll Earn:

• Commission + performance bonuses
• Top performers earn $4,000–$6,000/month

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to warm/interested leads
• Educate customers on insurance options and help them find the right fit
• Hit weekly targets and earn bonuses for exceeding them

What We're Looking For:

• Some sales, customer service, or phone experience preferred
• Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable on the phone and working toward goals
• Licensed Insurance Agents
• Candidates that are wanting to get their insurance license
