About The Nail Referral Co.

The Nail Referral Co. (TNRC) is building a new model in the nail industry — one that allows customers, nail techs, and creators to earn recurring income through embedded digital nail links as business cards.

We are expanding and seeking motivated Sales Ambassadors to help introduce this system to new users and partners.

Position Overview

As a TNRC Sales Ambassador, you will introduce customers, nail techs, and content creators to a referral-based nail system that generates recurring income.

This role focuses on engagement, education, and activation — not traditional retail selling.

You will represent TNRC in salons, pop-ups, events, and digital spaces while guiding interested individuals through activation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers, nail techs, and creators in professional and welcoming conversations
  • Clearly explain how the TNRC nail referral system works
  • Demonstrate benefits and earning potential using simple income examples
  • Guide individuals through activation and answer general questions
  • Promote current onboarding offers and new feature updates
  • Maintain a professional, polished presence aligned with TNRC brand standards try to wear brown and/or pink when promoting if possible.
  • Gather feedback and share insights to support system improvement
  • Support local outreach efforts and partnership development

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
  • Ability to explain simple income concepts clearly and confidently
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and positive energy
  • Flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be required for events) We work around and in your schedule.
  • Background in sales, retail, beauty, or promotional work is a plus (not required)
