Sales Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Analyst to turn raw sales data into intelligence that drives growth. You'll be the point of truth for performance metrics-collecting data, spotting trends, and identifying what helps or hinders conversion across the funnel. The role combines analytics, critical thinking, and operational insight to help the sales team close smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

  • Gather and clean data from CRM, outbound, and marketing sources
  • Build clear dashboards showing funnel performance, conversion rates, and deal velocity
  • Analyze where deals slow down or drop off and recommend fixes
  • Support forecasting and revenue modeling with accurate data
  • Provide insights on territory, product, and rep performance
  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, targeting, and channel efficiency
  • Work with leadership to turn data into tactical action

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Sales Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or in a similar analytics role
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and metrics
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving SaaS environment
