Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly accountable Business Support Analyst to join our Service Sales team. This role goes beyond administrative support – the ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset with an understanding of end-to-end service processes and the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with Service Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data handling, streamlined processes, and effective contract lifecycle management. Knowledge of business analysis tools, Lean methodologies, or Six Sigma is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure high accuracy of sales and service data, coordinating closely with the 3rd party booking organization and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards or reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), contract status, and operational metrics.
  • Support data integrity and alignment across systems for contract ownership, renewal dates, and renegotiation tracking.

2. Process Coordination & Operations Support

  • Act as a central point of contact for MSO activations, backlog management, and operational alignment.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the Service Sales team, including tracking visit reports and follow-ups related to collections.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements using Lean or Six Sigma principles (preferred).

3. Financial & Collections Interface

  • Coordinate with the Collections and Receivables team to ensure smooth invoicing, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Help monitor outstanding balances and proactively address delays or disputes.

4. Contract Lifecycle & Document Management

  • Support the contract renewal process, ensuring timely updates and proper coordination with the “Farmers” (account owners).
  • Maintain structured archiving of key documents, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and manage contract-related documentation with high attention to detail.

5. Continuous Improvement & Business Insight

  • Contribute to business process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and supporting initiatives aligned with Lean or Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Provide input for business decisions through root cause analysis, data visualization, or reporting enhancements.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • >5 years of experience in a business support, operations, or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and SQL
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM and contract management tools is a plus.
  • Experience or certification in Lean , Six Sigma , or basic business analysis tools is a strong advantage .
  • Ability to understand and work with end-to-end business processes across departments.
