Description


Job Purpose

  • The candidate will act as World of Deals Super App vertical (Revenues, Base MGT & CVM) Owner
  • Planning the Yearly, Monthly & Daily commercial activities that insures the vertical KPIs are met
  • Overseeing Multiple communication channels including social media performance Ads
  • Collaborate with all supporting Functions to ensure needed developments take place in line with the plan
  • Collaborating with the partner’s pertained members to make sure all operations are running smoothly
  • Oversees e2e customer experience and make sure our customers are receiving the adequate service
  • Analyzing the performance extracting the proper take-outs to support in taking the right decisions to enhance the vertical performance
  • Analyzing the base behavior, collaborate with analytics teams to create proper segmentation targeting them with the adequate propositions through the CVM platforms with numerical and logical approach
  • Segmenting the customer base in conjunction with insights and analytics team and make sure each segment is approached adequately with the most efficient proposition
  • Maintain and develop the base activity in terms of revenues, frequency and monetary values
  • E-Commerce solid Knowledge, in terms of the verticals’ market norms, and success factors
  • Spotting internal opportunities with other teams, proposing World of Deals as a service to others

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Offers & Discounts vertical base & CVM ownership in terms of

  • Manage to achieve the yearly revenues target and the planned YOY growth
  • Achieving the base yearly targets and the planned YOY growth
  • Plan to retain stoppers, and dormant customers
  • Boost the base activity, ticket sizes, engagement and satisfaction using the CVM platforms with a numerical and logical approaches.
  • Ensure that the allocated budget is used cautiously towards achieving our targets
  • Market continuous awareness, for the competition moves and market trends
  • Reporting ownership for all the performance dimensions on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Creating the needed presentations that supports the top management to take the proper decisions
  • Tech awareness for the new trends that supports the e-commerce industry
  • Familiar with the SM/performance marketing mechanisms to be able to oversee the relative performance marketing campaigns managed by other teams
  • Spot the new technical needed implementations and lead the needed process with PM and IT teams

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Excellent command of English language (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Excellent Telecommunication knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills (Negotiation, communications, etc.)
