Role

Summary

The Sales

Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and inventory

data to support performance tracking, stock optimization, price updates, and

maintenance costing across multiple markets. This role ensures data integrity,

timely reporting, and operational efficiency through effective data management

and insights.

Main

Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

  • Sales Performance Analytics &

Reporting

Gather,

cleanse, and manage detailed sales data from multiple markets.

Design,

update, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time

visualization of key sales metrics, enabling quick insights and

decision-making.

Analyze

sales data to identify client behavior patterns, market trends, and overall

sales performance metrics.

Prepare

detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports for various

stakeholders.

  • Inventory Data Management &

Replenishment

Manage accurate and up-to-date stock data to

support effective inventory control and replenishment strategies.

Identify inventory needs and recommend

optimal stock distribution across markets.

  • Pricing Operations & Data Integrity

Maintain

consistent updates and synchronization of all product prices within the sales

system (e.g., Cegid).

Continuously

validate pricing data to ensure accuracy and alignment with approved pricing

frameworks and promotional activities.

  • Maintenance Cost Allocation &

Verification

Assess

completed maintenance orders and precisely allocate the associated maintenance

costs.

Collaborate

with relevant departments to validate costing information.

  • System Integration & Automation

Lead

the integration of various data sources, to ensure seamless data flow and

centralized reporting.

Utilize

BI tools to build dynamic dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable

insights across sales, inventory, pricing and maintenance functions.

Collaborate

with IT to automate routine reports and enhance data reliability through system

improvements and advanced data modeling.

  • Business Insights & Strategic Support

Provide

actionable insights and recommendations to commercial and finance teams to

support strategic decision-making.

Contribute

to sales forecasting and budgeting exercises by leveraging historical data and

market trends.

Education

Education

& Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Data Science, or a related field is

required.

Work

Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience in sales analysis, business

analytics, commercial operations, or a similar data-driven role in a

multi-market or retail environment.

Hands-on

experience with data management, reporting, and analysis—preferably in

industries such as retail, and e-commerce.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel and data

visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

Solid understanding of data modeling,

integration, and automation of reporting processes

Experience

in handling large datasets and transforming raw data into business insights

Effective

communicator with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
