Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, improve reporting processes, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance and identify trends and opportunities
  • Perform forecast and gap-to-plan analyses
  • Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials
  • Build dashboards in Excel/Power BI
  • Support pipeline and sales performance reporting
  • Assist with sales compensation reporting, including bonus and commission calculations
  • Maintain CRM data quality
  • Partner cross-functionally and deliver insights
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years in analytics, sales ops, or finance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
