Technobiz (Private) Limited, engaged in the sales of Industrial Automation, Control Systems, Engineering Solutions, and Services, is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Sales Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organization and build a robust reporting system that supports strategic sales decisions making and helps drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance, trends, forecasts, and market data
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management
• Identify business opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Monitor sales targets and identify growth opportunities
• Support the sales team with pricing analysis and customer insights
• Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for business reporting
• Maintain and improve CRM and sales data accuracy
• Develop forecasting models and performance tracking systems
• Assist management in strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in Sales Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience handling large datasets
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, CRM tools, and other reporting tools
• Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and sales forecasting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to present reports and insights to management effectively
• Preference will be given to candidates from industrial, engineering, automation, oil & gas, or technical sales backgrounds
