Job Summary:


A Senior Sales Analyst is a pivotal and practical position responsible for analyzing sales performance, providing strategic insights to support decision-making, and developing performance dashboards that help improve sales operations efficiency. They also work on interpreting data and transforming it into accurate reports that assist in sales forecasting, enhancing operational planning, and boosting overall profitability.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Preparing analytical models to forecast sales based on historical and market data.
  • Supporting the preparation of the annual sales budget in coordination with the finance and marketing departments.
  • Analyzing the impact of promotional campaigns and pricing strategies on actual sales.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data in CRM systems and digital sales systems.
  • Developing mechanisms for periodic review of sales data and error correction.
  • Implementing data governance standards to ensure the reliability of reports.
  • Providing in-depth analyses to senior management to support pricing, sales, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Analyzing the performance of individual and team sales and identifying areas for development.
  • Developing financial and quantitative performance indicators to measure the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing Department to evaluate the results of promotional campaigns and link them to sales outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the Projects and Finance Departments to develop revenue reports and analyze profitability.
  • Participating in regular meetings to provide analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyzing sales performance periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and presenting the results to management.
  • Developing interactive performance dashboards using business intelligence tools (Power BI / Tableau).
  • Analyze data on sales plan, use results to improve processes and strategies, and prepare and submit periodic reports to management on sales performance and challenges faced by teams.
  • Regular analysis of sales of projects trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
  • Follow up the sales profitability rate according to the company's strategic plan.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5years of experience in sales analysis or business intelligence in a real estate or commercial development environment.
  • Proven experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets in a practical manner.
  • Strong skills in preparing reports and interactive presentations.
