As a Sales Analytics Graduate for Philips Health Systems, you will be supporting the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa Sales team in building best in class sales strategies and analyzing current work flows and change management programs to improve customer experience. In partnership with senior leadership, you will drive accountability and building client relationship through cross-company data and metrics.
Your role:
Run Daily and Weekly Management on OIT and relevant KPIs
Analyze actual performance metrics and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to sales leadership
Provide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plans
Partner with sales leadership to develop an accurate forecast that will enable the company to achieve its goals
Partner with the sales team to improve NPS
Act as a liaison (for order booking) between market and central team and ensure swift and clean order booking
Adopt and support standard work across territory for Sales Operations
Provide training and consultation to SFDC users regarding Philips Sales
Process and relevant KPIs

You're an Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFIS
Post-2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Having a customer-oriented mindset and bringing strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
