Sales Analytics & Pricing Specialist

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi, which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding, was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Türkiye, the 3rd in Europe and the 4th in the world in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Sales Analytics & Pricing Specialist" in Global Sales and Marketing Directorate. The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”


Job Role Details


  • Take an active role in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
  • Optimize and maintain pricing models, margin simulations, profitability analyses, and commercial pricing frameworks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs by identifying process gaps and leveraging operational and financial insights to drive standardization and cost efficiency, while defining sales channel and product category-based sales targets.
  • Develop and manage sales performance models, including forecasting, sales effectiveness analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Monitor pricing performance, perform elasticity analysis, and recommend adjustments based on market trends and competitive insights.
  • Support capacity-driven pricing strategies and product mix optimization to maximize overall margins.
  • Conduct comprehensive sales analytics to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and customer/segment behavior patterns.
  • Take an active role in conducting competitive analysis and market intelligence efforts to benchmark pricing and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all pricing and analytics systems.
  • Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI tracking systems to support commercial performance.
  • Provide strategic, data-driven insights to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, pricing governance processes, and commercial initiatives.


Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Proficiency in SAP (SD, CO-PA modules preferred), advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (specifically Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of pricing methodologies, price elasticity, revenue optimization, and commercial analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to constructively challenge commercial teams and influence business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments


Experience


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Pricing, Revenue Management, or Commercial Strategy roles. Experience in manufacturing or B2B industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing pricing models, and performing competitive benchmarking.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience in forecasting, performance modeling, and commercial decision support is a strong plus
