Sales and Account Manager _ Tech Staffing and Recruitment (GCC Business)

Orcapod, India’s leading Talent Supply Chain Company , is growing! We specialize in Technology Staffing & Recruitment Services and partner with top enterprises, GCCs, and product-based companies to solve their human capital challenges .

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with proven expertise in domestic IT staffing who can drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Drive new client acquisition in GCCs within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Cross-sell Orcapod’s HR & staffing solutions .
• Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in Domestic GCC Business (mandatory)
• Strong track record in sales & account management .
• Prior exposure to Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills .
• Immediate joiners preferred.
