Job Description: Sales and Accounts Management (Tendering) – Oil & Gas
Location: Doha, Qatar (Candidates must be locally available with valid QID & transferable Visa/NOC)
Contract Type: Full‑Time (Immediate Hiring)
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Accounts Management (Tendering) Executive to support tender preparation, client coordination, commercial submissions, pricing activities, and account management for Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of project scopes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts while ensuring accurate and timely tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, tender documents, project requirements, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare BOQs, pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender costing summaries.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft and prepare technical & commercial proposals, compliance statements, and bid documentation.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Maintain accurate tender records, logs, and documentation according to company procedures.
- Support the negotiation of pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Prepare final tender submissions and assist management during final review and approval.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales, tendering, estimation, or account management within Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, project specifications, and commercial evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in tendering/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, client‑handling, and proposal‑writing abilities.
- Strong analytical, costing, and documentation skills.
- Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID & transferable Visa/NOC.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
