Sales & Account Manager – Events

Location: Dubai / Sharjah / RAK (frequent travel across these areas)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time Contractor
Salary: Dependent on experience (Base + OTE)


Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with deep experience in the events industry across the UAE. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact event solutions across sectors such as architecture, real estate, and immersive technology.


You Will:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of event clients and strategic accounts.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations for corporate, real estate, and tech-driven events.
  • Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Translate complex event concepts (e.g., immersive tech, digital twin showcases) into compelling client offerings.

You Have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in event sales or account management, ideally within architecture, real estate, or tech sectors.
  • Strong UAE network and proven track record of closing high-value event deals.
  • Understanding of event production workflows, including AV, staging, and immersive technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • A full UAE driving licence.
  • Experience in managing or contributing to industry events, exhibitions, or activations.
