Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Assistant to support daily sales operations and administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates starting their careers in sales and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with quotations, documentation, and customer coordination
  • Process sales orders through Oracle ERP system
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain customer records and sales documentation
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documents
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Support general office administration and clerical tasks
  • Ensure professional communication with clients and internal departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP or any ERP software is a plus
  • Basic understanding of sales and administrative processes
  • Good English communication skills
