Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Admin Assistant to support daily sales operations and administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates starting their careers in sales and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with quotations, documentation, and customer coordination
- Process sales orders through Oracle ERP system
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems and records
- Support general office administration and clerical tasks
- Ensure professional communication with clients and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP or any ERP software is a plus
