Job Summary
The Sales & Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and business development activities related to manpower supply and contracting services. This role involves coordinating client requirements, preparing commercial proposals, managing workforce-related documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, operations, and recruitment teams to meet project demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Coordination
- Prepare and submit manpower supply quotations, service proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled categories)
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
- Track contract status, mobilization schedules, and renewals
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities in construction, industrial, and facility management sectors
- Support in tender documentation, prequalification submissions, and vendor registrations
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and ongoing projects
Operations & Workforce Coordination
- Liaise with recruitment and operations teams for timely mobilization and demobilization of manpower
- Coordinate deployment schedules, site allocations, and workforce requirements
- Ensure all employee documentation (Iqama, medical, certifications) is valid before deployment
- Monitor attendance, timesheets, and workforce performance reports
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and service level documents as per client requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and client policies
- Maintain proper records of employees, contracts, invoices, and client communications
- Assist in handling client audits and documentation checks
Billing & Reporting
- Coordinate with finance for invoice preparation based on approved timesheets
- Verify timesheets, overtime, and billing details before submission
- Track payments, pending invoices, and follow up with clients when required
- Generate regular reports on sales, manpower deployment, and revenue
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for client coordination and issue resolution
- Address workforce-related concerns raised by clients promptly
- Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in manpower supply, contracting, or similar industry
- Strong understanding of manpower operations and site requirements
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workforce compliance (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for timesheets & billing)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
