Job Summary:
The Coordinator is responsible for organizing daily operations and supporting marketing activities, with a strong focus on coordinating between the Marketing Department and media agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the Marketing Department and media agencies
- Follow up on the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Organize meetings and maintain communication with external partners
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance
- Manage schedules and timelines for marketing projects
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Support the marketing team in daily activities
- Ensure smooth workflow between all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in coordinating with marketing departments and media companies
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
