We are a premier Building Maintenance and Decor firm in the UAE, known for blending design excellence with seamless project delivery. We are looking for a high-energy Sales-Driven Draftsman who wants more than just a desk job. This is a unique, "full-circle" role where you own the project from the first lead to the final payment, directly impacting your annual earnings through a performance-based bonus structure.
The Opportunity: Salary + Performance Bonuses
In this role, your financial growth is tied to your success. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will receive annual bonuses based on:
- Project Acquisition: New contracts signed and initiated.
- Revenue Collection: Successfully closing the financial loop on projects you bring in.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Lead Management
- Lead Acquisition: Manage Google Ads and Social Media campaigns to funnel high-quality leads into the business.
- The "Closer" Mentality: Consult with clients, pitch our maintenance and decor solutions, and negotiate contracts to hit monthly targets.
- Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities in the UAE fit-out and maintenance market.
2. Technical Design & Drafting
- Design Conversion: Translate client needs into accurate 2D shop drawings and 3D visualizations.
- On-Site Accuracy: Conduct site visits for precise measurements to ensure design feasibility and UAE code compliance.
- Value Engineering: Ensure designs are cost-effective to maximize project profitability.
3. Execution & Financial Accountability
- Project Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the execution team to ensure the "vision" is delivered.
- Payment Collection: Take full ownership of the billing cycle—following up on down payments, progress milestones, and final settlements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous Excel logs tracking lead conversion rates and payment statuses.
Requirements
- UAE Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the UAE Construction/Decor industry in a role that combined technical drafting with client-facing sales.
- Digital Savvy: Proven track record in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- The "Hunter" Instinct: A strong desire to close deals and a disciplined approach to following up on outstanding payments.
- Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is essential for site visits and client meetings.
- Education: Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
- Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly/Annual Performance Bonuses (Tied to project acquisition and successful collection).
