Position Overview:
The Salesman & Business Development Officer will be responsible for expanding the market presence of the company’s F&B brands by securing new listings, partnerships, and sales channels across B2B and B2C segments. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all F&B brands under the group.
- Identify and approach potential clients in both B2B (cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, corporate clients, etc.) and B2C channels.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential buyers and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution terms with clients and partners.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up regularly to close deals.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify suitable venues, kiosks, and retail locations for brand placement and product listings.
- Develop partnerships with event organizers, corporates, and retailers to expand brand presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential product placements.
- Propose strategic collaborations to enhance brand reach and customer engagement.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, activations, and promotional offers.
- Assist in implementing brand visibility initiatives, including POS displays, sampling, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing standards in all sales outlets.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve products and services.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s F&B market and delivery platforms is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
- Number of new clients acquired (B2B and B2C).
- Number of new listings secured for each brand.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
- Growth in brand visibility and market coverage.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
