Sales and Business Development Executive

Job description:

Supervise in-house workshop and external vendors for fabrication, printing, and installation.

Plan, schedule, and allocate resources (manpower, material, and equipment) to meet project timelines.

Ensure all fabrication work meets design intent, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Lead and mentor the production and fabrication team including carpenters, fabricators, painters, electricians, and supervisors.

Evaluate and manage vendor performance to ensure timely and quality output.

Ensure completion of projects within defined timelines and budget.
