Sales and Business Representative

Job Summary

E-Med Services is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and IT Services.

We are looking for professionals who are confident in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that directly contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Medical Billing and IT Services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and physician groups
• Promote company services within the USA healthcare and occupational health sector
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and professional networks to acquire new clients
• Understand client requirements and propose customized E-Med Services solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and client acquisition targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in Healthcare, Medical Billing, or IT Services
• Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthcare operations, or technology-driven solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and achieve business goals
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent field

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
