Sales and Customer Support at Pontoon1 - Marine Dealer

Job Description

Pontoon1 is an extremely busy Marine dealership based in Mankato,MN and we are looking to add a part time Sales person to our team. This part-time individual would be dedicated to Sales and Customer Service to all of our customers at our Mankato location. This individual would coordinate their efforts with our team in Mankato. Marine and mechanical knowledge is a plus as our customers will bring in their boats for trade ins, parts and maintenance issues.

Our products include Premier, Avalon and Bennington pontoons, Heyday wake boats and used pontoons and boats. This part-time position will average 20 - 30 hours per week with hours from 11 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday and 9 – 1 on Saturdays. WE ARE FLEXIBLE ON THE HOURS AND DAYS.

· Base plus commission depending on experience

· Engage with customers on selling our product lines

· Coordinate sales efforts with our Mankato team members

· Understand all of our product lines so you can easily answer our customer questions

· Maintain inventory and post ads on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist

· Research and resolution of customer inquiries via phone, sales floor, parts inquiries

· Communicate with our maintenance technicians and be able to explain any mechanical issues the customer is experiencing

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; Strong attention to detail

· Perform duties with confidence and minimal supervision

· Must have a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, and strong prioritization skills

· Must demonstrate a positive and professional image at all times

· 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
