Sales and Dispatch

Burnhams Locksmith is a growing company providing locksmith services to the Triad area and its surrounding counties. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and hard working! This is an opportunity with growth and bonuses, as we grow, you grow with us!

While this job will mostly be fulfilled remotely, we are looking for someone local to the Winston-Salem, Greensboro or Highpoint area, as we need the dispatcher to be able to come in from time to time. If the dispatcher would rather be at the work location daily, that can easily be arranged.

The responsibilities include:

- Taking calls From customers and booking them for service. This is the sales part as your interactions with the customer will often determine whether they choose to utilize our services!

- Dispatching the technicians to the customers.

- Entering customer data to the CRM.

- Answering emails and following up with leads and estimates.

- Basic Bookkeeping (Inventory count, Invoices, and receipts.)

- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF, basic knowledge.

- But most importantly, it is to be a cheerful and positive part of our team, as we are a business that prides itself in how we take care of our employees and one another!

We are specifically looking to fill the 3pm-11pm slot.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
