We are seeking a versatile Sales-Driven Draftsman to join our team. This unique role bridges the gap between digital marketing, technical design, and on-site project management.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive professional who is as comfortable generating leads on social media as they are creating technical shop drawings. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from the first click on a Google Ad to the final payment collection. The ideal candidate is a "Closer" who understands the technical details of fit-out and maintenance.
Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Social Media campaigns to generate high-quality leads for maintenance and decor projects.
- Client Consultation: Follow up promptly with leads, understand their requirements, and present our services.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with a focus on meeting monthly sales targets.
2. Technical Drafting & Design
- Sketching & Drafting: Transform client visions into 2D shop drawings and 3D models for approval.
- Site Measurement: Visit sites to take accurate measurements before finalizing designs.
- Technical Accuracy: Ensure all designs are feasible, cost-effective, and compliant with UAE building codes.
3. Execution & Payment Management
- Site Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client and the site team to ensure execution matches the approved drawings.
- Payment Tracking: Follow up with clients for down payments, progress payments, and final settlements.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed Excel logs for lead statuses, project timelines, and payment schedules.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in the UAE Construction/Decor industry in a dual Sales and Technical role.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Instagram/LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Financial Accountability: Strong follow-up skills regarding invoicing and payment collections.
- Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients.
- Organization: Expert in Excel for tracking leads and project milestones.
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for site visits and client meetings.
Working Hours
- 9 hours per day, 1 day off per week.
