Duties

• Actively reach out to prospective clients to promote our products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership
• Assist in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates to find the best fit for various roles
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and candidate pipelines using our CRM systems
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture
• Collaborate with team members to develop outreach campaigns that attract diverse talent and expand our customer base

Skills

• Proven experience in sales or business development, demonstrating active engagement and goal-oriented mindset
