Sales and Interior Design Consultant

Borofka’s Furniture is a family owned business specializing in handcrafted, customizable furniture in the Twin Cities. We are growing and looking for a motivated Interior Design Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people and wants to build a successful career in sales and design.

In this role, you will work directly with clients in our showroom and occasionally in their homes, helping them create spaces that fit their lifestyle and personal style. You will build your own client relationships, manage projects from start to finish, and play an active role in driving your own success.

This position is ideal for someone who is self motivated, organized, and confident balancing design guidance with closing sales.

What You Will Do:

· Work one on one with clients to select furniture and design solutions

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Manage projects through completion

· Follow up consistently and close sales

What We Are Looking For:

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Self-motivated with a drive to succeed

· Comfortable working independently and with a team

· Weekend availability

· Interest in design and customer experience

Interior Design education is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base hourly pay plus weekly commission on all merchandise sold
