  • . 5 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer.
  • . Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix.

Job Description

  • . Able to join with your network and connections and able generate leads easily.
  • . Coordinate with sales & leasing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, work with the pricing department to create proposals.
  • . Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • . Draft and give presentations to prospective clients
  • . Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales and/or Leasing pipeline
  • . Follow up on the collection supporting Finance department in the first transaction until the payments are streamlined.
  • . Drive the end-to-end sales and/or leasing process, and evaluate clients’ requirements and financial gains to make personalized presentations
  • . Participate in marketing campaigns, events, seminars and other PR activities.
  • . Participate in the formulation and implementation of the overall growth strategy in line with the business requirements through identification of new business and sales opportunities.
  • . Achieve the annual and communicated target as per the annual commercial plans.
  • . Perform competitor analysis and scope opportunities for revenue generation that will address customer wants and needs.
  • . Champion the understanding and segmentation of the target audience's needs and desires, understanding the segmentation and activities best suited to the correct audience.
  • . Generate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required. .Maintain a record of all commercial activities and track against budget.
  • . Participate in annual budgeting process and provide reports against budget within the allocated time and designated method.
  • . Review and validate the draft agreements before presenting them to line manager.
