This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, and building strong client relationships through excellent customer service. The role involves generating leads, showcasing properties to prospective clients, negotiating and closing deals, and preparing necessary documents such as contracts and agreements. As part of the sales team, the agent will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team’s objectives while achieving individual sales targets.

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and a valid Real Estate License
• A strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including handling client queries and providing exceptional client support
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a background in business, marketing, or real estate is beneficial
