Job Description:

Pacific Homes Real Estate is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Executives to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and lease/sell residential and commercial properties
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and client follow-up
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease or sale agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Prepare and manage all required documentation related to transactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but trainings can be provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah property market is a plus
