Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international sales inquiries and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close export deals.
- Coordinate dispatch of goods with production and logistics teams.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and Incoterms.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain sales and dispatch records for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export sales and dispatch.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
