Position: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding (Air/Sea)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Freight Forwarding Sales
Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable as per current CTC and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales for Ocean & Air Freight (LCL/FCL, Imports & Exports).
• Focus on acquiring and managing direct exporters & importers.
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets (GP, TEUs, Tonnage).
• Lead solution-based selling, client negotiations & market expansion.
• Manage bookings, space allocation, and support customs clearance coordination.
• Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and ensure timely submission of sales plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in Freight Forwarding Sales (Air & Sea).
• USA Trade Lane experience preferred (North America / South America / Latin America). Candidates with other trade lane experience (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.) may also apply.
• Should carry a business portfolio / client base.
• Strong communication, negotiation & result-oriented approach.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
