We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Veterinary Sales and Marketing Representative who can not only generate new business leads, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth but also handle reception duties to support our clinic's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, pet owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet clients and patients with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage and operate the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Assist with check-in, check-out, and payment processing.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in veterinary sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with veterinary practices, products, and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, biology) a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and CRM software.
