Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in Facility Management and Interior Fit-Out services. The role involves generating new leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and executing marketing strategies to grow the company’s market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales – Facility Management (FM)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), soft services, and technical maintenance.
  • Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance services.
  • Prepare FM proposals, quotations, and AMC packages.
  • Manage contract renewals and maintain long-term relationships with existing FM clients.
  • Present FM service offerings clearly and professionally to potential customers.

Sales – Interior Fit-Out

  • Generate leads for commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail fit-out projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, gather design requirements, and coordinate with the design/technical team.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project presentations.
  • Follow up on tenders, RFPs, and project inquiries to secure new projects.
  • Build strong connections with consultants, contractors, and developers.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote FM and Fit-Out services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities: social media posts, paid ads, content creation, email campaigns.
  • Build brand visibility through exhibitions, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, and project case studies.
  • Perform market research to track competitors, pricing trends, and potential growth sectors.

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing, bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years sales experience in FM and/or Interior Fit-Out (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, AMC operations, and fit-out project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
