To manage and convert leads generated by the team, prepare professional proposals, support business development activities, and maintain the company’s online and social media presence to drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

• Manage and follow up on leads generated by internal team members
• Contact prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, and meetings
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams (audit, tax, accounting) for scope clarity
• Convert inquiries into signed engagements
• Maintain accurate lead tracker / CRM records
• Follow up on pending proposals and payment

Coordinate with marketing team for creation and posting of:

• Service posts
• Educational content
• Promotional offers
• Client updates and announcements
