Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Meet prospective clients and present products/services effectively.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an updated customer database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license (if field sales is required).
