Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
• Promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
• Assist in digital marketing and branding activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Afternoon (12pm - 10pm)

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
