We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Handle inbound leads
• Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
• Schedule product demonstrations with product team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline through CRM.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn and marketing materials.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, HR, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, ERP, Software Sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
