We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through a combination of strategic sales execution and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on generating leads, converting opportunities into clients, strengthening brand presence and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially strong and capable of managing both client acquisition and market-facing activities in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, digital channels, and inbound leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Plan and execute marketing activities to support lead generation and brand positioning
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media presence, campaign coordination and content alignment
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and new business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline and client data
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and market feedback for management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, CS or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in IT/services industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, social media, lead generation)
- Experience with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Self-driven, target-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments
