Sales and Marketing Assistant

I’m looking for a motivated and organized sales and marketing to support me, the founder, in my Dubai-based sustainable bathroom products company. The role blends administrative support with sales outreach and communications. SALARY PLUS COMISSION.

Scope of work

- Manage email communications, schedule meetings, and handle follow-ups. - Conduct sales outreach to hotels, venues, and retailers across the UAE. - Manage social media accounts, including content posting and engagement. - Coordinate with designer/photographer for social media content. - Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and product information packs. - Maintain databases of leads, contacts, and follow-ups. - Assist with day-to-day admin and personal support tasks.

Ideal Candidate
